Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposits For online bookings, all clients are required to make a deposit. All booking deposits will be credited towards your service on the day. Booking deposits are fully refundable and moved to your rebooked appointment time for cancellations with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Due to our limited availability, all tentative holds that have not been secured with a deposit within the standard hold window (48 hours) will be released and made available to new clients.
Rescheduling, Late Notice, and No-Shows Any confirmed bookings that are rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit their booking deposit. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to attend your appointment. However, because our team's time has already been dedicated to your booking, our salon depends on clients attending their appointments. No-shows are considered a cancellation within this policy.
After Hours Cancellations PLEASE NOTE: Phone calls, SMS, emails, and social media messages are attended to during salon hours, which are 10 AM - 8 PM Monday to Thursday, 9 AM - 5 PM Friday and 9 AM - 3 PM Saturday. Ideally, all contact regarding your booking should be made before the close of the business day, by speaking with one of our stylists directly. If cancellations or booking changes are submitted after the close of the business day, by email, voicemail, or DMs, the notice period will begin at the start of business hours the following day. If this notice period falls within the 48-hour cancellation period, the booking deposit will be forfeited as per our cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals Should you be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, our schedule may not allow for the entire booked service to be completed. Please always allow ample time for traffic or parking, especially on busy days such as late nights, Fridays, and Saturdays. While we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, if we are fully booked, we may NOT be able to proceed with your appointment. In this case, the cancellation/no-show policy will apply.
Refunds, Re-Dos, and Change of Mind We invest time at the beginning of the appointment to provide: - A personalised consultation to understand your desired look, unique hair chemistry, and history. - A realistic and honest appraisal of how and if your desired outcome can be achieved in the current appointment, or if it will need multiple visits. - An exact quote for the agreed-upon services before starting if required. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on hair services. If you have any concerns or feel that the agreed-upon service was not provided, we are happy to hear from you within 7 days of your service appointment to explore solutions. However, a change of mind regarding the color you have chosen during your consultation is not considered a ‘re-do.’ Any changes and/or additional services will be charged. We want all our clients to be happy with their results, so please do not hesitate to get in touch with us about your concerns. We promise it won’t be awkward.
Time Constraints When booking your appointments, please ensure you aren’t coming in with a specific time constraint or elsewhere to be. As some of our services can take up to 4 hours or longer and cannot be rushed, please reschedule to a day where you aren’t in a hurry to ensure the best service possible.
